Earlier this year, we lost our dear friend and fellow badger, Natalie Lappage, after a very short illness. We are all still coming to terms with the terrible loss of Natalie. In this blog, some of the team have shared their fondest memories of Natalie. We miss Natalie every day and are so honoured she was in our lives, and in our company. We carry her in our hearts.
Mental health is a topic close to many badger’s hearts and last year we collectively nominated Mind as our company charity. Since then, we’ve been working to become a mentally healthy workforce; reducing the stigma associated with mental health and normalising discussions about mental health and wellbeing.
