  • Engineering Lead

    We’re looking for an Engineering Lead to join our digital product delivery function. Red Badger delivers high quality digital products using a lean delivery process and multidisciplinary, cross-functional teams.

    The Engineering Lead role helps teams succeed in development and operation of digital products, especially in larger projects with multiple teams and complex client organisation. You will be responsible for the technical direction of a client project. You will collaborate with the Principal Design and Delivery roles and engage with client stake-holders on key topics such as continuous delivery, deployment, technology adoption, team structure and responsibilities, and policy to give delivery teams space and autonomy to thrive.

  • Tech Lead

    As a tech lead, you work with one of our amazing delivery leads. Together, you lead your cross functional team to deliver high quality digital products. You love solving complex problems, and customer value is your north star. You are comfortable consulting with technology stakeholders outside of your team. You are a technology polyglot, and an evangelist for agile ways of working.

    Day to day, you will spend roughly half of your time working on code, pairing with engineers on the team, reviewing their code and helping them pick the right design to solve the problem. In the other half, you’ll be supporting the other disciplines and our clients with decisions impacted by the technical strategy of the project and providing support and line management to the engineers and test leads on your team.

  • Technical Director

    As a Tech Director, you'll form part of a Cell’s Leadership Team, alongside a Managing Director, Product Director and Delivery Director. Together you'll be leading both operationally and strategically to promote joy, quality and growth throughout Red Badger.

    Whilst everyone who works at Red Badger is aligned around the same strategy and values, the company is divided into smaller cross-functional business units, which we call Cells. Each Cell has its own profit + loss and autonomy to make decisions that are aligned with our company strategy. You will play a leadership role in one of these cells, managing a team of exceptional engineers and defining hiring strategies to ensure that Red Badger continues to have sustainable growth, whilst providing exciting opportunities and challenges for your team.

  • Recruitment Manager

    We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager from a Digital / Tech background to head up the recruitment function within Red Badger’s People and Culture team. Working closely with the senior leadership team, hiring managers, and the rest of the People and Culture Team, you will be responsible for driving all recruitment initiatives across the business in a human centric as well as data-driven approach.

  • Delivery Director

    Red Badger is well known for Delivery. We deploy cross-functional delivery teams who are capable of solving the most complex technical problems. We consistently use lean agile techniques and this is central to our success.

    As a Delivery Director, you will take responsibility for maintaining alignment with Red Badger’s way of working and ensuring quality. We are looking for someone with a strong track record of large scale digital delivery to be a part of a Leadership team to help the growth of a Red Badger Cell, which is a smaller business unit within Red Badger. You'll be reporting directly into your Cell’s Managing Director, working closely with a cross-functional Cell leadership team consisting of Cell MD, Tech Director and Product Director.

    We love delivering projects and programmes. You will have a proven track record in delivering high quality digital products and have previously held roles such as Delivery Manager, Head of Delivery or Programme Manager. You can clearly articulate the customer value of the work your team has delivered.

    You are very focused on data driven delivery and can help a team articulate a project’s status clearly with senior stakeholders. When you see risks to delivery, you help badgers and clients mitigate them, and you’re always looking for new opportunities to add value for clients. You drive sales activities with existing clients as well as prospective clients. You are able to design digital and delivery strategy, and be influential with clients.

    You are a leader. You are aware of how the business is being run and champion the Red Badger strategy and fundamentals. You achieve your results often through delegation. You provide clear direction and work closely with other directors to manage the Cell, as well as driving alignment within the Delivery discipline across Red Badger.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Provide leadership to help define and drive strategic objectives and champion the fundamentals within the Cell and Red Badger
    • Line management of Delivery Leads
    • Managing stakeholder / client relationships and accounts
    • Recruitment and people planning of Delivery Leads
    • Leading a sale in order to size, cost and scope a project, from pitch to project kickoff
    • Leading and managing commercial agreements
    • Working with the Cell Managing Director to drive Cell profitability
    • Understanding and contributing to the Cell metrics
    • Understanding and communicating the complete value chain (Engineering, QA, UXD, Insights and Delivery)
    • Driving continuous improvement and quality
    • Driving project delivery
    • Monitoring and contributing to client / team satisfaction
    • Contributing or leading the delivery discipline
    • Setting delivery strategy for the client to solve large scale problems
    • Promoting Lean agile methodologies
    • Providing delivery leadership to all badgers in the Cell
    • Being an ambassador for Red Badger and championing its culture

  • Senior Product Analyst

    Do you believe that building great digital products relies on understanding data? Red Badger is looking for an experienced Senior Product Analyst to help our clients improve their digital experiences. You’ll be working as part of an innovative cross-functional delivery team, owning the data and analytics conversations. You are comfortable having conversations with senior stakeholders, so previous consultancy experience would be an advantage.

    You are passionate about using data to deliver better customer experiences. You will champion the use of data and ensure we can build brilliant products that deliver customer and business value.

New fathers can also take enhanced paternity leave in addition to shared parental leave.
