Insight Manager

This role will ultimately involve managing the Red Badger consulting approach to all things analytics related for our clients. The team will include analytics, personalisation and optimisation specialists. It will cover everything from the recommendation of tools, implementation, getting the best out of tools and training, and everything in between. For the right person, this role can develop in to leading this team, it’s direction and strategy.

We use a variety of tools to get the job done - What we need from you, is some experience with the below;

  • Google & Adobe Suite
  • Tag Managers
  • Testing tools & Techniques
  • Record & Replay technologies
  • DMP’s
  • Product Analytics

With the role being senior we also need someone comfortable with;

  • Contributing to the overall strategy & direction.
  • Partnering with the Insights Director to develop new opportunities and best practice.
  • Partnering with our Engineers, UX and the wider Insights team.
  • Contribute to existing clients relationships & developing new relationships.
  • Consulting with onsite Product teams and enabling better decision making across Insights & Data

As this role involves building a new team we’ll offer training and support around hiring, team management and developing. This team is a long term investment for Red Badger and we are interested in personality and drive of individuals as much as experience. We’re not looking for the finished article but we do need someone willing to learn and develop new skills.. We want to bring in the right person and then offer them the support they need to grow and develop. We won’t get it right in the first few months, but we’ll learn and get better. As we build the team the role will move from hands-on to more management of individuals.

We run several meetups including the hugely popular React London, invite other groups to host their events in our office such as Lua London and Ladies Who Code and speak at events like Digital Shoreditch and LNUG.
