I have 20 years of experience in designing and delivering digital products and services across web, mobile and voice platforms, supporting clients in a variety of sectors as they transform their businesses. In the past, I’ve led Co-op's funeral care business transformation from the back office through to digital customer experience, a new direct-to-consumer mobile product launch for Adidas and continuous improvement of Specsavers' customer experience across the digital estate. I’ve overseen easyJet’s post-purchase customer experience redesign, built a new service for Ocado to complement their proprietary end-to-end eCommerce platform, and transformed how Toyota’s customers purchase and finance cars online. At Red Badger, I continue improving the strength of the delivery discipline across a portfolio of strategic client engagements, whilst being a dad to two young children and attempting to rekindle my bass playing urges as my guitars gather dust in the loft.
